Welcome to the Parkinsons & The Boot Room website terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully as by using our website and purchasing products through this website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below.

We may modify these terms and conditions periodically and your continued use of this website following any changes will signify your agreement to any such changes.

The Agreement:

By offering our products on our website we are inviting you, the customer, to make a purchase. Once we have accepted your order it becomes a binding order between us and you and the order will be subject to these terms and conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions you may propose.. Our contract with you will be considered as fulfilled and complete when you have paid for the products and we dispatch your products.

Choosing and Ordering your products:

Browse the website and add your selected products to the shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout where you will be invited to complete an order form in full and follow the instructions for payment.

We will process your order, verify the products are in stock and available, and dispatch the products to the shipping address detailed on the order form. Payment will be taken from your preferred method of payment as directed on the order form.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Examples of causes of non-acceptance of an order include, but are not limited to:

Product ordered is unavailable from stock Identification of an error within product information including price or promotion Insufficient or incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, county, postcode) Inability to obtain authorisation for payment.

Consumer rights:

Under EU Distance Selling law you have the right to cancel this order for any reason at any time within 7 days of receiving the products.

If you are not satisfied with your products please do contact us immediately at sales@parkinsonslifestyle.com and we will endeavour to put things right.

You may return the products to us, unworn and in the original packaging complete with tags, within 28 days of receipt. We will then refund the price of product to the original payment method detailed on the order form, excluding original delivery charges.

Alternatively, you may prefer to return your products to us, unworn and in the same condition as received, within 28 days of receipt, and request a replacement order. Subject to availability we will dispatch this to you immediately following receipt of the original, returned products.

If your products are faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and return the products to us as above within 28 days of receipt. We will then refund the price of the product plus any original delivery costs incurred to the original payment method detailed on the order form.

In any event, the costs of returning products are your responsibility.

Pricing and Availability:

Product prices are shown on the website in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. This is the amount you will be required to pay along with any delivery charges that are applicable. The delivery charge will be stated when you complete the order form. We will endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee that a requested specific delivery date can be met.

We accept most major credit or debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express

Products will remain in the ownership of Parkinsons Ltd until payment is received from you in cleared funds.

As there is a delay between the time the order is placed and the time the order is accepted the stock position may change. As we process your order if any of the products you have selected to purchase have become unavailable we will contact you by email.

Warranties:

We warrant that we will pass on to you any warranties provided, if any, for your benefit by the suppliers of your selected products.

You warrant that the information you provide on the order form is both valid and correct.

We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, in relation to any products available through this website.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English Law.

General Terms:

Images used on the website are for illustrative purposes only so products may differ slightly from the product images used. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of Parkinsons Limited while product images are the copyright material of either Parkinsons Ltd or the respective product brand owner. Ownership of any trade marks or trade names featured on this website is retained by the respective trade mark owners and no license to use such product images, trade marks or trade names is granted by use of this website.

The use of Parkinsons website is subject to our website terms and conditions.

Personal information provided by you in processing your order will be treated in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, We shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses or damages or damages for loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data or damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of buying substitute products, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or non-performance of this website which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the material on this website, or from the products.

We shall not be liable to you, or deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause or force majeure beyond our reasonable control.

This agreement will be subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
