The Barbour Fieldmarshall Wax Jacket is a rugged men’s waxed jacket that blends extreme weather protection with contemporary good looks.
Its heavyweight Sylkoil waxed cotton outer offers a flexible, lived-in feel and is teamed with a luxuriously warm wool-mix lining, complete with detachable stud-in liner for extra versatility. The cord-lined funnel collar, two-way branded zip, studded storm fly front and storm cuffs seal out draughts, wind and rain, while a detachable stowaway hood is on standby for downpours.
The Fieldmarshall’s classic four-pocket design ensures hands are kept free and adds an extra stylish element along with shoulder epaulettes, elbow patches and an eye-catching Barbour tartan lining. As distinctive as it is practical, this hardy jacket is a true all-weather hero.

Delivery:


We will always attempt to dispatch orders the same day as purchased if ordered before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or those placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched on Monday morning. Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days, Next Day delivery for orders placed before 2pm will be the next working day.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases however if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange. Please read the following returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns if these terms are not adhered to.

The EU distance selling regulations gives you the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 days of receipt.

Parkinsons wishes to extend this period to 14 days but would like to emphasise that this time limit is strict.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your products and wish to make a return please contact us at sales@parkinsonslifestyle.com

You may return the products to us; unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags intact within 14 days of receipt. You will need to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include this in the return package alongside the items you are returning. If you have not got a returns form this can be downloaded from the website ‘returns policy’ page.

Once we receive the returned items we will refund the price of the purchase to the original payment method detailed on the order form.

For obvious hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear and items of swimwear are only returnable if they have been tried on over underwear and if the hygiene strips are intact.

The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility.

Alternatively you can return items to any of our 3 shops, unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags intact within 14 days of receipt. Please note, however, as our websales department operates separately from our sale points in store we cannot make refunds directly to you from the shop till, such refunds must go through the website to your original method of payment. This will usually be done in 1-2 days.

Exchanges:

If you would like make a return and exchange for a replacement order please contact us at sales@parkinsonslifestyle.com or call us on 01926 421592. We will request that you return the products to us; unwashed and unworn, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags intact, within 14 days of receipt. You will need to complete the exchange section on the returns form enclosed with your order detailing the new item you wish to receive in exchange, and include this in the return package alongside the items you are returning. If you have not got a returns form this can be downloaded from the website ‘returns policy’ page.

We will check the availability of your replacement order and, if it is in stock, can hold the item and despatch this to you immediately on receipt of your original order.

If you wish to exchange for a product of a differing value then we will ask you to purchase your new item and we will refund your original product via the method of payment used on the order form. Such refunds must go through the website to your original method of payment. This will usually be done in 1-2 days

Faulty or damaged goods:

If your products are faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at sales@parkinsonslifestyle.com or by phone, and return the products to us as above within 14 days of receipt. We will then fully refund the price of the purchase plus any delivery costs incurred to the original payment method detailed on the order form.

Please note; items are classified as faulty if they are damaged when you receive them. Items that are damaged as a result of abuse, misuse or fair wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

Incorrect item received:

Should this occur then please accept our apologies! Please contact us immediately at sales@parkinsonslifestyle.com or on 01926 421592 and we will endeavour to resolve the mistake as soon as possible.
